In a nutshell

As an Inside Sales Germany (Outbound) at Bromic you will be responsible for expanding the market share in outdoor heating solutions across Germany. You will identify, generate and evaluate new business opportunities for solutions that are applied in the hospitality market. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with architects, design firms and other (construction) partners involved in the project realization. You initially generate new business by making outbound calls and converting these calls into qualified appointments/videocalls. In addition, you will also visit customers in Germany.

Due to growth, Bromic is moving to Utrecht. Currently Bromic is located in Schijndel.

 

What are your responsibilities as an Inside Sales Germany (Outbound)?

  • You are responsible for making outbound calls to architects and design firms in the hospitality.
  • By using and researching databases you will generate leads for qualification, for example iBau.
  • You convert outbound leads generated into qualified appointments. The minimum requirement is to have 100 cold calls per week and 50 conversations. 
  • You have both an online and physical focus; you will visit architects and design firms across Germany to advise upon Bromic solutions.
  • Also, you are an ambassador of Bromic Heating by educating prospects about the value of Bromic Heaters and also by specifying and recommending Bromic Heaters using methods such as lunch & learns. 
  • You deliver input and will maintain lead prospect information into CRM.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations including presentations for (prospective) customers and follow through the progress of all quotations raised.
  • Negotiate with prospective customers to secure business under the most favorable conditions. 
  • To close sales you build rapport with potential customers, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections and securing quotations. 
  • You will analyze market needs and trends and you will identify strategies to expand market share.
  • Here for you will liaise together with the Sales Manager in regard to product or market opportunities. 
  • You will also provide information for the market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts. 
  • You have a customer centric mindset; you will identify needs to be filled and you will evaluate current product results for recommendation of new products and services.
  • Beside that you will provide technical training to customers.
  • You will report to the Sales Manager based in the Netherlands.

 

What is Bromic looking for in an Inside Sales Germany (Outbound)?

  • Bachelor’s degree (mechanical, industrial or commercial) or Secundary vocational education. 
  • A proven track record of being an organized and efficient time manager.
  • Experience with a start-up territory is preferred.
  • Affinity with heating solutions is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and German. Other languages are considered as an asset.
  • Experience using CRMS systems and maintaining data to company standards and process.
  • You will be required to travel (to Germany).
